What loyalty is this to the club and fans that made him a Worldwide star, who supported him when he was hated for the Rooney and England fall out, for the manager who protected and defended him and gave him a free role to develop and express himself and become the player he is today. To his fellow players (Rooney in particular) who made him look the part when some days he was clearly not. He is contracted to United until 2012 and yet this, NO NO NO!

If he wants out then I say send him packing, demand a ridiculous fee from Madrid and send him on his way.
