I think that sometimes the Championship can be a better league then the premiership.

Everytime I watch the championship highlights, I see amazing goals that are hardly ever scored in the premiership.

I think that the competition in the championship league is much more entertaining then that of the premiership's.

I agree to a certain extent. The riches a team can gain through being promoted to the Premiership can give the matches between the teams in the upper half of the league really competitive. In a way the same logic applies to the bottom half of the Premiership. Relegation means a team loses so much financially that it can break them, hence the games between relegation candidates are often some of the best games in the Premiership.

Yeah, the relegation battles at the end of the season are always great to watch. As are they pormotion contests in the championship.

Yes it certainly can be more exciting, the stakes in a way are higher than in the Premiership because promotion is like finding gold.

Also the relegation battles can be extremely entertaining.

And of course of have Leeds United esk tales of failed premiership teams

It seems as if this league is allot more exciting like you have said, I would say that it is less proffesinal though if you was to ask me.

I think that the Premiership is better league...because Premiership are very good teams like : Chelsea,Arsenal,Man.Utd,Liverpool..

The lower leagues of English football are far better than the Premiership. As a youngster of about 5 I used to love to watch the highlights of the Premiership on Match of the Day on a Saturday night. Now I couldn't care less about it. The lower leagues especially league one and two are just as exciting, if not more exciting than some Premiership matches. My dad got me watching Grimsby in the late 90s and since then I've never cared for the Premiership or any other club.

I think its clubs like Man URe, Chelski, ARSEnal and Liverpool that have ruined the Premiership over the years with the amount of money they pay their players and basically all the money they have to run their clubs!!!

Man... It's because it's like between staying at the slump or moving to a better place. Being in the premiership means a lot of incentives from the FA + the advertisement endorsement. I'm not surprised to see them fighting hard for the promotion.
