England & Rep of Ireland Finally get it right!

England and the Republic of Ireland have both finally stopped messing about with men underqualified for the responsiblity of leading the their National sides. Neither team made it to the Euro '08 competition and as bad as both sides played I thought England would at least qualify.
They have both signed men who will certainly command respect and will carry quite a lot of weight on the training ground. I believe we can expect big things from both sides in the future under the guidance of both these terrific coaches.

Good or as you put it Great Coaches are a blessing to have for any International Team and Cappello is undoubtedly one of those.
A coach can only train and teach them ways to play he can not however, put talent into untalented people and im afraid we lack big time on real talent !!

The nature of our domestic program also seems to lead to more of our top players getting injured - rarely are we at full strength. The English game is too harsh on players, it's no big secret and it shows at the international level.
