Chelsea defender John Terry is doubtful for England's approaching Euro 2008 qualifiers after picking up a depressed fracture of the cheekbone in Saturday's 0-0 draw with Fulham.

The 26 year old will have surgery on Sunday and the fear for England and Chelsea is that he may face a prolonged spell recovering.

The England skipper is set to miss the home game with Estonia on 13 October and then away to Russia four days later, both crucial Euro 2008 qualifiers for England.

That's realy bad for Chelsea and for England...terrible...a such good player like Terry worth verry much for England and Chelsea...

too bad about john terry, he will surely be missed by england and chelsea though he is intent on playing with protective gear on. he's got guts and is committed for sure
