What do you think of the result? Newcastle-0 Bolton-0

Well not a good start for "King Kev" and he lost 2 points during his first game in charge. The reason given by him is that the player were exhausted after the FA cup win. Let's see how it goes from here. Hopefully he doesn't become the one that bites the dust Big Grin

you are right, though bolton must be heaving a sigh of relief that they did not lose, and a point each game should help their cause quite a bit. newcastle need to put in more efforts and need to show super human efforts so that they dont drop valuable points. a draw was not what they needed.

Well usually when there's too much publicity especially after the Keegan move, the game will always get distracted. Let's see how the upcoming match for Newcastle goes.

they have to play arsenal away twice (once in the fa cup and the other in the league) so they have their work cut out for them. will kevin rely on defence or is he going to try and beat arsenal, probably the former.
